Open Doors, a VersiCare Group company, is dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through compassionate, person-centered care. We are seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership, drive strategic growth, and ensure quality services across our operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a talented team while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance in collaboration with leadership.
• Represent Open Doors in the community by building partnerships with agencies, stakeholders, and public officials.
• Guide program development, establish annual objectives, and ensure exceptional participant care.
• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, committees, and organizations in the IDD field.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Services or Nursing (RN) required.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative leadership experience in organizations supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Proven ability in budget management, policy implementation, and staff supervision.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to prepare reports and correspondence.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass state background checks.
