Front Desk Sales Associate

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. Duties

• Greet visitors and clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage check-in and check-out processes using POS systems
• Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and direct calls appropriately
• Assist customers with product demos and provide information about services offered
• Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Maintain merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the front area is clean and organized
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling skills and basic retail math
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed
• Support retail sales efforts by engaging with customers and promoting store offerings
• Perform cashier duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing registers at shift end

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures
• Supervising experience is preferred for leadership opportunities
• Ability to conduct product demos effectively to engage customers
• Bilingual communication skills to serve a diverse customer base
• Excellent phone etiquette with clear, professional communication skills
• Strong upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
