General Position Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor guides the application of clinical supports in the behavioral health residential setting, and oversees the work of clinical staff members in behavioral health residential programs, providing team training and formal clinical supervision to QMHA's, and general clinical oversight to all BHR programs.  

Status: Exempt - Full Time Salaried 40 Hours
Starting Salary: Monthly 
Salary Range: Monthly to Monthly
Shift information: Monday - Friday
Location: Eugene, OR
Reports to: Program Director

Requirements:

The Clinical Supervisor in Shangri-La's Behavioral Health Residential programs have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Must be licensed as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC).
  • Must have completed two years equivalent of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Preferred: Completed 30 clock hours of post-master's degree supervision training.
  • Preferred: Three years of experience in a comparable position dedicated to quality / health improvement in a managed care organization or provider group or governmental agency or similar setting preferred.
  • Previous practice experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a residential or inpatient setting.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Must possess a valid Oregon Driver's license and be insurable for client service purposes, travel between business offices, and attend required meetings and/or trainings.
  • Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS and in accordance with OAR
