The Chaplain for Hospice and Palliative Care serves as a core member of the interdisciplinary care team, providing comprehensive spiritual, emotional, and existential support to patients, families, and caregivers across the continuum of serious illness and end-of-life care. This role is responsible for assessing spiritual needs, facilitating meaning-centered care, and ensuring alignment with patient values, beliefs, and goals of care in accordance with MiraSol Health's mission, regulatory standards, and clinical best practices.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Divinity, Theology, Pastoral Studies, or a related field required
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in hospice, palliative care, healthcare, or clinical ministry setting preferred
• Completion of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units preferred
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication competencies
• Cultural humility and ability to support individuals of diverse spiritual, religious, and non-religious backgrounds
• Working knowledge of hospice philosophy, end-of-life ethics, and psychosocial-spiritual assessment frameworks
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard office technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
