Finance Manager

Overview

· Assist customers in coordinating financing options in full compliance with state and federal laws

· Present and sell finance and insurance products to enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience

· Structure deals to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction

· Prepare and finalize all required documentation for vehicle purchases and finance contracts

· Secure lender approvals and ensure timely funding of deals

· Consistently meet or exceed department goals for sales, product penetration, and compliance

· Adhere to all company policies, processes, and compliance standards

Qualifications

· At least 2 + years of automotive finance experience

· Professional appearance and work ethic

· Motivated self-starter

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain composure under stress.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Bilingual a plus

· Must be 19 years or older to satisfy insurance requirements

· Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $ $16.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
