Server

Zon Zon is a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant offering a refined yet energetic dining experience built around bold flavors, polished service, and a warm, modern atmosphere. We are looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Front-of-House team members — including Hosts/Hostesses, Servers, Bussers, and Food Runners — to help create memorable guest experiences from the moment guests walk in to the moment they leave.

Ideal candidates are friendly, professional, attentive, and passionate about providing exceptional service. You'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and maintaining the high standards that define Zon Zon.

Responsibilities

Servers:

• Provide knowledgeable, efficient, and refined table service.
• Guide guests through the menu, making thoughtful recommendations.
• Take and enter orders accurately using Toast POS.
• Ensure proper pacing, presentation, and attention to detail throughout the dining experience.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate cash/card handling procedures.

Bussers & Runners:

• Support servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and neatly.
• Run food with care, accuracy, and full knowledge of menu items.
• Assist with water service, table maintenance, and overall cleanliness.
• Ensure the dining room stays organized and presentable at all times.

Experience

• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred — polished dining experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, guest-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with grace and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Toast POS is helpful (training provided).
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
