• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
• Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors
• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
• Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to support efficient service flow
• Contribute to banquet setups and service during large events or functions
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery of orders

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel kitchens is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with banquet service, bussing, or hospitality roles is a plus
• A positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and supporting team success
