Key Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans based on manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform various body repair tasks such as dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, apply primers, and use advanced refinishing techniques to achieve accurate color matching and textures.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as required for repair, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Inspect completed repairs to verify they meet quality standards and specifications, promptly addressing any deficiencies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all repairs, including parts used and labor hours.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures, including handling hazardous materials and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an automotive body technician, demonstrating proficiency in body repair techniques and refinishing.
- Strong knowledge of tools and equipment used in automotive body repair, such as welders, sanders, and spray guns.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to accurately assess vehicle damage.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to automotive repair.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
