Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food highly reputable restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Duties

• Work primarily washing dishes, general cleaning, and the ability to begin food prep tasks after mastering the stewarding position.
• Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure all food service areas are clean and sanitized following health and safety regulations.
• Support the team by bussing tables and assisting with banquet setups as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for culinary arts, catering, or food service is highly desirable.
