About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will monitor, evaluate, and improve supply chain performance to support operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support demand planning and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure supply chain alignment.
• Conduct cost/benefit and risk analyses to drive process improvements.
• Monitor supplier performance and support vendor management actions.
• Recommend solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or data analysis preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and data tools (Power BI/Tableau, ERP systems, SQL is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
