• Assist cooks and chefs in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as needed.

Skills

• Strong food preparation skills with an understanding of culinary techniques.
• Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent cleaning habits and knowledge of kitchen sanitation practices.
