Metric Bio are partnering with a globally recognized, vertically integrated Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) on a search for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Midwest region. The Quality Assurance Manager will lead all aspects of the site's quality management system, with responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards and industry best practices. Key duties include overseeing internal audits, process improvements, supplier quality, and product release. The role will also partner with cross-functional teams, manage documentation and training programs, and support continuous improvement across quality operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and industry quality standards
• Proficiency in audits, inspections, and document control
• Strong background in process improvement and supplier quality oversight
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
• Experience within pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environments is preferred
