We are currently seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team and be an essential part of our manufacturing team located in Booneville, MS. This person is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machining equipment and related manufacturing systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

Your Role in Our Mission:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on CNC machining centers, lathes, mills, grinders, and supporting equipment.
• Perform corrective maintenance to address unexpected breakdowns and minimize production interruptions.
• Calibrate and align CNC machines to ensure accuracy and machining quality.
• Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new CNC equipment.
• Support root-cause analysis for recurring problems and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.

To Perform this Job Successfully:

• A minimum of 3 years is preferred in maintenance or electrical work in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation, components, and control systems.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
• Ability to operate various shop tools including power and manually operated wrenches.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance in accordance with company attendance policies.
