What You'll Do

As our Commercial Electrical Estimator, you'll be the go-to expert for scoping and pricing commercial electrical projects—from small upgrades to large-scale installations. We're looking for someone who is timely, able to multitask, and highly skilled at estimating commercial jobs efficiently and accurately. Your expertise will help ensure our estimates are sharp, competitive, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope and prepare accurate estimates
• Analyze drawings and specifications to determine wire lengths, outlet placement, and electrical code compliance
• Research materials, fixtures, and market pricing
• Review and verify subcontractor and vendor quotes
• Determine labor requirements and assess project profitability
• Prepare and submit competitive bids on time
• Meet an annual sales target of $5M

The Projects You'll Tackle

• Interior/exterior lighting repairs & upgrades
• Parking lot lighting
• Metering & panel replacements/upgrades
• EV charger installations
• Power additions/upgrades
• Equipment wiring & generators
• Facilities ranging from commercial buildings to apartment complexes

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of electrical field experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of estimating experience
• Strong understanding of electrical codes; ability to read drawings and specs
• Proven track record of accurate, efficient job pricing
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Highly timely, detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Tech-savvy (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses
• Annual Salary: $80,000 - $110,000; commensurate with experience
