Construction Superintendent- Interiors

Nino Development is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in interiors construction to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is a key role responsible for leading on-site operations, ensuring that interior build-out and renovation projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day field operations for interiors construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, inspectors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety requirements.
• Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment usage.
• Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and quality control inspections.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to resolve field issues.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, daily reports, and as-builts.
• Ensure finishes, millwork, drywall, flooring, MEP, and other interior scopes are delivered to client specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants on site.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on interiors construction.
• Proven track record managing commercial interiors, tenant improvements, or corporate build-outs.
• Strong knowledge of interior trades (drywall, millwork, finishes, MEP coordination).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain tight schedules.
• OSHA certification or strong understanding of construction safety practices preferred.

Pay: $100, $120,000.00 per year
