Part-Time Night Auditor

Job Overview
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our overnight team. This role is key to keeping the hotel running smoothly during late hours — balancing daily financial reports, assisting guests, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Accurately audit and balance the hotel's daily financial transactions
• Handle overnight front desk duties, including guest check-ins/check-outs
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain updated records for reservations, billing, and room status
• Monitor hotel security during overnight hours and report any concerns
• Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance as needed for guest requests or issues
• Answer phones, take messages, and communicate clearly with staff and guests
• Prepare early morning reports and assist with breakfast area setup as needed

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, customer service, or night audit experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and reports
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and stay focused overnight
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Hilton's OnQ system a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
