Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Center, IN, for a Premium Sales Associate at Moody Center ATX. The Premium Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and patrons, managing ticketing inquiries and premium space reservations, and assisting with event day operations to ensure seamless experiences. Additional responsibilities include promoting premium services and amenities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele
• Sales and marketing expertise, with experience in promoting and upselling premium services
• Event operations and coordination skills, including managing client needs during events
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software and CRM tools
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of ticketing and entertainment industry trends is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a background in business, sales, or hospitality is preferred
