Duties

• Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to meet health standards.
• Assist with clearing plates and counters during busy service hours to keep the dining area clean and inviting.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including cleaning sinks, dish racks, and floors regularly.
• Help with catering setups and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for use.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
