This role is designed for clinicians who already have a primary job — and want to use a small, intentional portion of their week to do profoundly meaningful work.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking
Medicare-eligible, licensed mental health clinicians
who want to pick up
10–15 additional hours per week
to serve older adults who would otherwise go without care.

All Medicare-Accepted Behavioral Health Licenses Include:

• Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
• Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
• Mental Health Counselors
• (LPC, LCPC, LMHC or state equivalents)

(Medicare eligibility and state licensure requirements apply.)

The Work You'll Do

• Provide individual therapy to adults typically aged 65+
• Support clients through:
• Depression and anxiety
• Grief and loss
• Chronic illness and pain
• Caregiving stress
• Life transitions and aging-related identity changes
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth
• Complete clear, compliant documentation
• Be part of a mission-aligned clinical community
