Job Summary
We're seeking a mid- to senior-level Solutions Engineer to act as the technical backbone of our Visual Boards implementations, bridging the gap between our product and consulting teams. In this role, you'll own complex technical challenges that arise during enterprise deployments—ensuring smooth implementations, reducing escalations to product management, and empowering consultants with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
As part of our Innovation team, you'll support the Services organization by troubleshooting integrations, advising on technical best practices, and developing scalable implementation methodologies. You'll also play a key role in shaping the product through feedback gathered from real-world use cases. This is a remote (US-based) position with minimal travel.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Support (60–70%)
- Resolve complex technical implementation issues beyond standard consultant capabilities
- Troubleshoot system integrations, API configurations, and platform customizations
- Provide technical guidance for enterprise-level deployments and uncommon edge cases
- Serve as the primary escalation point for consultants encountering implementation roadblocks
Consultant Enablement (20–25%)
- Train implementation consultants on platform capabilities, technical best practices, and common patterns
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and troubleshooting resources
- Create standardized implementation methodologies and reusable patterns
