About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing service team. This role is critical to delivering an excellent customer experience while driving hours per RO, service gross, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Write clear and accurate repair orders
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and explain service recommendations
• Present and sell maintenance and repair work ethically
• Communicate effectively with technicians and management
• Follow up on declined services and pending work
• Maintain CSI standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Use digital inspection and approval tools (Xtime, MPI, etc.)
• Manage repair status updates and delivery expectations

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (dealership or high-volume shop)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders daily
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology and DMS systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
