About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Front End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all e-commerce front-end development activities. You will work closely with management, cross-functional teams, and clients to develop and optimize user interfaces that enhance the customer experience. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with offshore teams, provide technical guidance, and lead UX/UI design projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and user-centered e-commerce platforms. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in front-end development
• Expertise in and frameworks, including Hooks, Redux, and Saga
• Proficiency in , CMS component integration, API service consumption, SSR/CSR rendering, middleware, and logging
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and SourceTree
• Knowledge of deployment processes, Postman for API testing, and unit testing using JEST
• Strong skills in responsive UI development using Bootstrap CSS framework (MDB library)
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and commercial offerings
• Proficiency in UI design, responsive development, and frontend architecture
• Optional knowledge of SEO, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing
• Ability to lead UI/UX development and mentor team members
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Analyze UI issues, identify root causes, and develop effective action plans for resolution
• Conduct code reviews and facilitate regular meetings with offshore teams to ensure alignment and quality
• Estimate UI development efforts and manage project timelines effectively
• Provide guidance to UI teams regarding UX/UI development approaches and best practices
• Collaborate with client teams, design, backend, and other development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
• Coordinate with partners and vendors to achieve overarching business goals
• Lead UX/UI projects, including creation of information architecture, wireframes, personas, and user journeys for direct-to-consumer experiences
• Establish and communicate effective design processes based on Design Thinking and user-centered design principles
• Incorporate customer feedback into ongoing UX/UI improvements across the eCommerce platform
• Drive iterative design and development processes in collaboration with third-party agencies, including research, prototyping, testing, and implementation
• Diagnose and resolve conversion challenges in partnership with external agencies and development teams
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex technical issues during project execution
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
