What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead multiple projects through all phases of the implementation methodology, ensuring successful outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members and client stakeholders
• Apply project management disciplines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Communicate plans, roles, milestones, and constraints clearly to all stakeholders
• Drive team status meetings, track dependencies, and ensure milestones are met

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong experience in leading CRM or ERP SaaS implementation projects
• Proven ability to manage financial and resource forecasts throughout the project lifecycle
• Experience leading projects in a matrix-management environment
• Certifications in cloud and project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.)
• Ability to mentor and guide less-experienced Project Managers
