The Loan Processor will play a vital role in evaluating, verifying, and processing loan applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and assessed thoroughly. • Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and underwriters to gather necessary information and resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and state laws throughout the loan processing cycle.
• Prepare and organize loan files for underwriting review, ensuring all required documentation is present.
• Coordinate with the underwriting team to facilitate timely approvals and answers to questions regarding loan files.
• Monitor the loan process, providing updates and necessary information to clients at each stage.
• Assist in closing preparations by providing required documents and preparing final closing instructions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and mortgage regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
