Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Coach Tech Lead to guide our teams in embracing and optimizing Agile practices. The Scrum Coach Tech Lead will work closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of agile methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your Impact:

As a Scrum Coach at Freddie Mac, you will be instrumental in leading teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively to our customers. You will coach and mentor teams to enhance their agile capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of a dynamic market. Your role will involve actively engaging with teams to foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. By instilling agile principles, you will help teams overcome challenges and drive innovation, directly contributing to our mission of making homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable for millions of Americans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced studies/degree preferred.
  • Typically years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum Coach in an agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $132,000 - $198,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
