Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assisted Living Manager to lead our senior care community with enthusiasm and dedication. Duties

• Lead and supervise staff members to deliver high-quality assisted living, memory care, and dementia care services, ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory standards
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, including Alzheimer's and other memory-related conditions
• Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring safety protocols are followed accurately and timely
• Manage daily operations including budgeting, staffing schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and resident satisfaction
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals such as nurses, social workers, and therapists to support residents' health and well-being
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities
• Foster a positive environment that promotes social engagement, independence, and dignity for residents while supporting their families

Skills

• Extensive experience in assisted living or nursing home management with a strong understanding of senior care practices
• Proven supervisory experience leading teams in group homes or retirement communities
• Deep knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory support strategies
• Skilled in developing comprehensive care plans that address individual resident needs
• Strong operational management skills including budgeting, financial acumen, and resource planning
• Ability to work effectively with people with developmental disabilities or those requiring home & community care services
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols and safety standards in long-term care settings
• Experience in social work or related fields that enhance resident-centered care approaches
