Field Service Technician

We are seeking qualified candidates for our Field Service Technician opportunity to join our Williamston, Michigan team This position is responsible for:

• Providing technical service and customer support for blow molding machinery, including repair, maintenance, and customer training.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Inspecting, adjusting, and repairing equipment components using various hand tools and instruments.
• Completing detailed field service reports for management and customers.
• Traveling to USA and international locations (>50% of the time) to service, train, and provide technical support.
• Supporting Bekum products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assisting Production, Application, and Engineering departments as required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Alternatively, 2-3 years' experience in blow molding or related field
• Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time, including internationally
