About the Role

Seeking a Project Manager to lead a high-visibility content migration and website launch as part of a broader initiative to centralize company knowledge into a unified platform. This role drives cross-functional alignment, manages complex timelines, and ensures successful onboarding of multiple business teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of migration workstreams, managing timelines, resources, and risks.
• Keep teams aligned and accountable to project milestones and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, Design, and Content Strategy to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
• Deliver clear and consistent communication through status updates, issue escalation, and stakeholder reporting.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain project momentum.
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for participating teams.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-quarter platform migrations, system implementations, or onboarding programs.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to give and receive direct feedback.
• Experience juggling multiple concurrent projects across globally distributed teams.
• Comfortable engaging with high-profile or high-touch stakeholders.
• Familiarity with content lifecycles and/or Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience in support, knowledge management, or content operations environments.
