PRIMARY FUNCTION
Assess and administer client dosage needs by performing the following duties. SCOPE OF WORK
The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific job duties does not exclude them from the position.
1.Maintain all medicating records.
2.Complete required Medicaid billing.
3.Observe clients physical and mental health status for appropriate referral.
4.Prepare and track client take home bottles.
5.Assess clients for drug impairment or intoxication.
6.Calibrate medicating machine and maintain methadone inventory.
7.Assist Nurse Supervisor with new client physicals.
8.Assist Nursing Supervisor with transcription of physician's orders.
9.Assist Nursing Supervisor with TB tests.
10.Participate in clinical staffings and team meetings.
11.Monitor random urine drug screens.
12.Submit reports as required.
13.Communicate with other medical personnel in cases of emergencies. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
? RN or LPN RELATED EXPERIENCE
EXPERIENCE
? One to Two Years
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and staff. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, and volume. Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to perform CPR and other First Aid procedures.

Vision abilities required include close, distance, color peripheral and the ability to adjust focus.
