Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold company standards.
  • Oversee employee scheduling and ensure seamless shift transitions.
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize profitability.
  • Order and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly, aiming for 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with upper management to set and achieve revenue goals.
  • Enforce company policies regarding cash handling, property, and equipment.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operations and sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-driven.
