A Day in the Life as a Customer Support Representative:As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be the reassuring, friendly voice they can count on. Each day brings the opportunity to make someone's experience smoother—whether you're answering questions by phone or email, taking time to truly listen, or guiding customers step by step through solutions with clarity and care.You'll thoughtfully open and document support tickets to ensure every concern is tracked and addressed, collaborating with teammates by escalating issues that require additional expertise. You'll also be a key part of welcoming new customers, helping them feel at ease and supported as they learn our system. In this role, your patience, professionalism, and genuine desire to help will shine—making a meaningful difference in every interaction.
Job Requirements:
- In-office requirements: This position offers a hybrid schedule with a minimum of two in-office days per month at our Lacey, WA location.
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work 40 hours per week on our afternoon shift (8:30am – 5:00pm)
- All applicants must successfully complete background screening and drug testing.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Early Childhood Education world
- Customer Support Experience
- Working knowledge of office equipment (postage machine, printers, etc.) (not required)
- Multi-Line Phone Experience
- Excellent Oral and Written communication
- Excellent typing skills (65+ wpm)
- Basic Computer Knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using a browser-based database (not required, but preferred)
- A desire to learn our company's product and support our clients
- A great personality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in any language is beneficial for this role.
