Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Carpenter and Apprentice Carpenter located in San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for some work to be conducted remotely. The role involves constructing, assembling, and repairing structures, using both hand tools and power tools. Responsibilities include framing, finishing carpentry, and reading blueprints or technical drawings to ensure precise execution. Team collaboration and maintaining project timelines and quality standards will be critical.

Qualifications

• Experience with Carpentry and a strong understanding of both Framing and Finish Carpentry techniques
• Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively and safely
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong understanding of construction plans, measurements, and blueprint reading
• Relevant certifications or training in carpentry or construction are an asset
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and ability to follow safety protocols
• Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required for apprentice positions
