Position Summary:

Candidates would handle cleaning, vacuuming, organizing, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, janitorial duties, some plant care as instructed by supervisors and other duties as assigned. General Laborers duties may change day to day to accommodate the facility needs. They support the grow team and ensure the cleanliness of the cultivation, as well as help improve the flow of work.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Performs work on plants under manager's direction.
• Sanitizes and cleans work/grow areas.
• Snow removal as needed as well as salt application to ensure safety for workers and delivery people
• General cleaning and organization of supplies areas, and equipment

Experience:

• General Labor: 1 year (Preferred)
• warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on feet for most of the shift (general labor and janitorial duties).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods (common in cleaning and plant care tasks).
• Comfort working in varying temperatures (cold conditions for snow removal and warm/humid conditions in grow rooms).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions (such as sweeping, vacuuming, and plant maintenance).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (for moving supplies, equipment, and handling snow removal).
• Manual dexterity for handling tools, cleaning equipment, and delicate plant care.
• Capacity to push/pull carts or equipment weighing up to 100 lbs (for organizing and moving supplies).
