We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead with integrity, help clients protect what matters most, and play a key role in expanding our agency's reach.   • First-year earnings between $50,000 - $70,000

Requirements
  • Prior insurance or related sales experience
  • Current insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow within the agency
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital communication tools
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Actively prospect leads through referrals, networking, and digital channels
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Present and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance policies
  • Follow up on renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Support clients with policy changes, claims guidance, and ongoing education
