Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative BCBA who has excellent collaboration and communication skills to join our cohesive and friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized treatment to clients which focuses on socially significant behaviors in an ethical, caring, and respectful manner.
• Create and implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals with an emphasis on improving the learner's quality of life and success in their future.
• Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, etc.) and Functional Behavior Assessments and Analyses.
• Conduct intake procedures and onboarding for new clients.
• Provide training to RBTs that helps improve the quality of services rendered and makes them feel confident and supported.
• Collaborate with caregivers, colleagues, and other professionals monthly to ensure progress is being observed across multiple environments and people.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Board certification in Behavior Analysis
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Proficiency with the clinical aspects of Central Reach
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certificate is preferred
• Ability and willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills

Pay: $80, $95,000.00 per year
