About The Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing workflow for our card system solutions, ensuring accurate order handling and consistent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the production team and customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Translate incoming card system orders for laundry facilities into production-ready work orders within our internal ERP system
  • Production Coordination: Communicate order requirements and schedule priorities to the production team to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Customer Enrollment: Onboard new and existing customers onto our hardware and software platforms
  • Order & Customer Communications: Respond promptly to order and customer-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the order processing workflow to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
