Ice Cream Server/Cashier

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Ice Cream Server/Cashiers to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Serve ice cream and other menu items with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
• Manage customer transactions efficiently, including cash handling and upselling additional products
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with sanitation standards
• Assist with food prep, restocking supplies, and bussing tables as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Uphold food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is beneficial
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math proficiency are essential
• Experience working in a café, grocery store, or restaurant environment will be considered an asset
