About Us:
Located in the Northwest Hills community of Austin, Leaps N Bounds Preschool is a family-focused, 4-star accredited early childhood center serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We're dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment that feels like a second home—for both children and their families. Our goal is to make learning fun while providing exceptional care, consistency, and connection.

Position Overview:
We're looking for professional, energetic, and nurturing individuals to join our growing team as Infant, Toddler, or Preschool Teachers. If you're someone who loves to sing, dance, and create fun-filled days with young children, you'll thrive at Leaps-n-Bounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain appropriate teacher-to-student ratios
• Collaborate with co-teachers to implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Build positive, caring relationships with children and families
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Follow daily routines while adapting to children's changing needs
• Assist with classroom documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with Texas Minimum Standards, Texas Rising Star, DFPS, and LNB guidelines
• Attend required trainings outside of regular work hours
• Be flexible and team-oriented—support co-teachers and jump in where needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass an FBI criminal background check
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs
• A true love for working with young children
• Previous experience in early childhood is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training
