Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate roofing project leads through door-to-door canvassing
• Perform on-site inspections and consult homeowners on their options
• Close deals with professionalism and urgency
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Track leads, quotes, and project activity via CRM and company tools

Requirements:

• Experience in roofing sales is a plus
• You're a self-starter who also works well on a team
• Motivated by goals, commission, and personal growth
• Confident communicator who can educate homeowners and handle objections
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and CRM tools
• Professional, resilient, and results-focused
