As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver outstanding hotel renovation projects as well as other commercial and residential projects.

**Job Description:**

**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Project Manager to help oversee hotel remodeling projects and residential projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in helping ensuring projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Procure necessary permits and approvals.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is executed to specifications and quality standards.
• Address any issues, changes, or challenges that arise during the project.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide accurate project cost forecasting and reporting.
• Manage project documentation and record-keeping.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in hotel remodeling or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools. (Procore is a plus)
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP or CAPM certification (a plus).
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: $50, $85,000.00 per year
