Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor to join our team at a vibrant hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
• Answer phone calls promptly and address guest inquiries or concerns.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
• Assist with guest services including room assignments, special requests, and concierge services.
• Perform night audit duties as required to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
