We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality food to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Assist in meal preparation for catering events and daily service, maintaining high-quality food production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items and equipment.
• Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both staff and guests.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other culinary tools, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
