Pharmacy Technician

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (East Bell Rd & Loop 101)
Compensation: $19.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM No nights No weekends No major holidays

Vertisis Custom Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Front-End Team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a non-retail, patient-focused compounding pharmacy role offering steady weekday hours, a collaborative team environment, and meaningful work supporting physicians and patients.

• Answer phones and provide professional customer service to physicians
• Receive prescriptions and accurately enter data into pharmacy software
• Fill prescriptions and prepare medications for shipment
• Complete labels, logs, and required documentation
• Assist couriers and physicians with medication pickups
• Process transactions through Point of Sale (POS) system
• Stock shipping supplies and maintain inventory
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required:

• Pharmacy Technician Trainee License Required (PTCB certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient with computers and pharmacy software systems (We use PK Software)

• Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or call center environments

• Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience

• $19.00 – $23.00/hour (DOE)
