Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled part time Maintenance Technician to join our team at our upscale hotel located in downtown Huntsville. This position is perfect for someone looking to add a part-time weekend position to their current employment or for someone who only wants a part time position.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of our property and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and property to identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operations
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Must have excellent attendance record

• Ability to work individually and as a part of a team

• Ability to use Quore app a plus

• Reports to Chief Engineer/Lead Maintenance Technician

SKILLS
