Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care through accurate vital signs monitoring, physical examinations, and detailed assessments.
• Administer medications and injections safely, including IV infusions and specialized treatments such as botulinum toxin or dermal fillers.
• Manage complex medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) using Point Click Care.
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations including specimen collection/processing, medical imaging coordination, and basic laboratory procedures.
• Support patients with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current certification.
• Experience working with specialized populations such as geriatrics and mental illness.
