Job Summary

Base pay will be determined by applicants' skills and experience.

Shifts we are in need of are as follows:

Dayshift Med Tech: 6a-2p (Sun-Th) (Tues-Sat)

Swing Med Tech: 2p-10p (Tues-Sat) (Sun-Th)

Duties

  • Accurately administer medications to residents as Dr. orders indicate.
  • Keep detailed and up-to date records of medication administration and resident health.
  • Assist residents with ADLS.
  • Measure vitals such as: blood pressure, weights, respirations, etc.
  • Monitor residents for any change in baseline or condition and report to healthcare providers as well as the Health Services Team.
  • Communicate with physicians an their offices.
  • Assist residents with daily activities as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort needs are met.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare staff to ensure we provide the best care for our residents during this season of their lives.
  • Other duties as directed by the HSD, RCC, HSC or Director.

Requirements

  • Compassionate, patient, and ability to multitask while being able to build relations with residents.
  • Previous experience in a senior care setting or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • HCA/CNA active Washington State license.
  • Good attendance and positive attitude is a MUST.
