Freebirds World Burrito is looking for talented Shift Leaders who are committed to providing exceptional guest service and passionate about leading others. What You'll Bring (Requirements):

• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload
• Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures
• The ability to empower and mentor the Tribe
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must learn to cross-train in all positions
• Must get a manager's food handlers certification upon hire
• Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.
