Mission

Lead the design and development of advanced PCB-based power electronics that drive our cutting-edge water desalination products.

What You'll Do

• Lead PCB design efforts, including schematic capture, layout, component selection, and board bring-up.

• Design, develop, and optimize power electronics systems, such as DC/DC converters, motor drives, and battery interfaces.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define electrical and system-level requirements and support product development from concept to production.

• Evaluate and select critical electrical components to meet design, reliability, and environmental goals including sensors and actuators.

• Conduct validation and verification testing, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on designs to ensure robust and reliable performance.

• Support system integration efforts, working closely with mechanical and firmware engineers.

• Assist in DFM/DFT activities and work with manufacturing to ensure scalability and cost-effectiveness of designs.

• Stay current with advancements in electronics and power systems to inform architecture and component selection.

• What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in PCB design and power electronics (internship experience considered).

• Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, Eagle).

• Strong understanding of power circuit topologies, layout best practices for high current and EMI-sensitive designs.

• Solid grasp of analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity, and system-level debugging.

• Basic knowledge of microcontrollers and digital communication protocols

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with embedded firmware development and real-time control systems.

• Advance knowledge microcontrollers, sensors, and digital communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).

• Background in control theory or system modeling (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).

• Experience designing for high-volume manufacturing and cost optimization.

• Knowledge of environmental testing and compliance standards.

• Exposure to water treatment systems or fluid-handling technologies is a plus.
