Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Paralegal, located in Philadelphia, PA, with flexibility to work from home part-time. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files. Day-to-day tasks include conducting discovery, performing social media and background searches, drafting discovery motions, reviewing and organizing legal documents, preparing medical chronologies/summaries, obtaining medical records and films for expert review, retaining experts, preparing expert packages and supporting attorneys in trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Ability to draft and manage Pleadings and Motions effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a insurance defense litigation is highly desirable
