About the Role:

The Producer is the operational engine behind unforgettable experiences. You'll partner closely with clients, internal partners and vendors to manage event lifecycles from idea to execution, ensuring every moment is seamless, strategic, and wildly impressive.

You're the communicator, the organizer, the anticipator of all things. You keep the trains running, the clients smiling, the vendors aligned, and the creative spark alive. All while keeping budgets tight, morale high, and timelines crystal clear.

What You'll Take On:

• Support all stages of event production for corporate, nonprofit, and experiential clients
• Coordinate team schedules, project updates, and workflow communication
• Manage budgets and support financial goals
• Build strong relationships with venues, vendors, and entertainment partners
• Join client meetings, capture key updates, and communicate details in Slack
• Collaborate creatively during brainstorms and planning sessions
• Oversee timelines, site visits, floorplans, and vendor logistics
• Provide on-site support from load-in to load-out
• Assist with post-event wrap including billing and debriefs

What You Bring:

• 4+ years in event production or project management
• Impeccable communication and organizational skills
